The La Mare Houseboat “Enjoy” offers a combination you don’t often find: the comfort of a modern vacation home and the freedom of sailing. The houseboat is built on an aluminum catamaran, is fully electrically powered, and is in excellent condition. This makes it ideal for relaxing weekends, long vacations, or continuing recreational rentals.

Upon entering, the spacious and bright living area immediately catches your eye. Thanks to the large windows, you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the water. Through the sliding doors, you step directly onto the spacious front deck, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a new countertop (2025), an electric cooktop, and a refrigerator. The houseboat also features two comfortable bedrooms with a total of four sleeping berths. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and an electric Planus toilet. Thanks to the combination of Redwell infrared heating and a pellet stove , you ’ll stay comfortable on board all year round.

Outdoor Living

One of the biggest highlights of this La Mare is the spacious rooftop terrace with a slide. Here, you can fully enjoy the view, the sun, and the outdoors. Together with the spacious front terrace, this houseboat offers a remarkable amount of outdoor space, ensuring you’ll find a pleasant spot to relax at any time of day.

Sustainable Technology

This houseboat is powered by a 100% electric 7.5 kW Arka E-Pod. Combined with the solar panels, a high-capacity Victron system, and the battery pack—which was upgraded in 2022—you’ll have a modern and sustainable energy system at your disposal. The electric bow and stern thrusters ensure that maneuvering is easy and comfortable.

A great deal of attention has also been paid to maintenance. In November 2025, the houseboat was taken out of the water, cleaned, and fitted with new anodes.
