The 2008 One of a Kind 10.30 OK “Stroom” is a unique motor yacht with a surprisingly spacious interior. The combination of a spacious open aft deck, a bright salon, good headroom, and extensive technical systems makes the vessel suitable for both day trips and longer stays on board.

The current owner purchased the vessel approximately 14 years ago as a hull-only purchase and began sailing it almost immediately. In the years since, “Stroom” has been gradually outfitted and equipped. The technical foundation and key amenities are in place, while the interior’s cosmetic finish, in particular, could still be further refined.

Spacious and bright interior

The salon is characterized by large windows all around, allowing plenty of natural light to flood in and providing a good view of the outside. On the starboard side is a spacious bench seat, and there is plenty of practical cabinet space throughout the interior. The helm station is located at the front of the salon and, thanks to the large front and side windows, offers excellent all-around visibility.

A beautiful feature is the stainless steel sliding door between the salon and the aft cockpit. When the door is open, the interior and exterior are directly connected, creating a large living space.

In the fore section, there is a fixed double bed with a large skylight for light and ventilation. In addition, the boat features a separate restroom with an electric flush toilet.

The galley is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator and a Whirlpool JetChef combination microwave/oven. A Webasto heating system provides warmth.

Spacious open aft deck

The large open aft deck is one of the standout features of the ‘Stroom’. There is ample space for a comfortable outdoor seating area with a table and chairs.

At the stern, the boat is equipped with a transom door, allowing you to easily board from the dock. This makes boarding considerably more comfortable than when access is limited to the gangway.

Engine and Technical Specifications

Propulsion is provided by a Mercedes 2.5-liter 5-cylinder diesel engine producing approximately 90 pk, coupled to a propeller shaft drive.

A bow thruster assists with maneuvering. An electric anchor winch is also present; the electrical connection for this has yet to be installed.

The vessel has two diesel tanks, each holding approximately 200 liters, and a fresh water tank holding approximately 450 liters.

In terms of electrical systems, the “Stroom” is extensively equipped with a Victron MultiPlus 12/3000/120 inverter/battery charger, a BMV-600 battery monitor, and a VE.Bus Multi Control.

In addition, a Kohler diesel generator is installed, providing the vessel with its own backup power supply when shore power is not available.

Finish

The vessel is finished with a two-component paint system, though certain areas are still coated with primer. There is minor damage on the foredeck.

The interior is functional and usable, but the paneling and cosmetic finishes are not yet fully completed throughout. For a new owner, this offers the opportunity to complete the final finishes to their own taste, without having to start from a bare hull.
