This Campi 400 “Happy” is a fully furnished houseboat from 2019, located in Warns in the Frisian lake district. Layout

The central living area forms the heart of the houseboat. Here you’ll find a comfortable seating area, a dining table with chairs, and the helm. The large windows all around let in plenty of natural light. A radiator provides heating, and there’s also a cozy ethanol stove.

Adjacent to this is the kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a built-in refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a sink with hot and cold running water, and various cabinets and storage options.

The Campi has two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a fixed double bed, a closet, and a radiator. The second bedroom features a pull-out double bed, also with a closet and a radiator. In total, there are four fixed sleeping spots.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower with hot and cold water, a toilet with a waste disposal unit, a sink, and a mirror.

Outdoor Space & Rooftop Terrace

A major highlight of “Happy” is its spacious outdoor area.

In addition to the terrace on the main deck, the houseboat features a large rooftop terrace. It is accessible via a plastic staircase with wooden steps and finished with rubber, water-draining tiles.

There is plenty of room here for a seating or lounge area, making the roof a fully-fledged additional outdoor space with a view of the surroundings.

The fenders on this Campi are also wider than those on a standard Campi 400: 12 cm instead of 8 cm.

Technology & Amenities

The Campi 400 is built on polyethylene floats within a galvanized steel frame, and the living quarters feature double-pane windows. For power, there are 6 solar panels, each rated at 250 watts, for a total of 1,500 watts. These are connected to a 5 kW inverter that was replaced in 2025. The houseboat has a fresh water tank with a capacity of approximately 400 liters, supplemented by a permanent water connection from the shore. There is also a wastewater tank with a capacity of approximately 400 liters. Heating and hot water are provided by a gas-fired central heating system. Thanks to the radiators, the accommodation can be comfortably heated even during colder periods.

For propulsion, there are two Yamaha High Thrust outboard motors, each with 9.9 pk. Both gasoline engines date from 2019 and have their own separate fuel tanks with a capacity of approximately 40 liters.

Recreational Rental & Business Takeover
